Life Force Academy exists to clear and raise our personal and collective energetic vibration through trauma-informed yoga, creative expression, and reiki.

This inclusive workshop provides a safe container for somatic opening, creative play, emotional release and nurturing reiki medicine to invite holistic connection & bring us back to our true selves. We heal our community and the world as an extension of caring for our own light. This workshop is open to all abilities.

Each monthly workshop offers a different medium for the art component, such as drawing, dance, improv etc. This month's theme is FIRE OF THE LION; PERCUSSION and FREEFORM DANCE.

AUGUST 12TH~ FIRE OF THE LION~PERCUSSION~

On this day of the Solar Eclipse in the Sun Sign of Leo, Ruled by the Sun, we RECLAIM OUR POWER, Take Up Space and make some noise with PERCUSSION!

Bring something to bang on like an empty box, homemade shakers etc. as well as your yoga mat and anything you need to be comfortable. (Limited number of these items provided.)
