The process begins with a brief 5-minute check-in via phone or text, allowing you to connect with the practitioner and set intentions for your healing. This is followed by a focused 20 minutes of concentrated Reiki energy, where you will feel the calming effects and revitalization. After this healing period, you can engage in an optional 5-minute reflection through phone or text to discuss your experience and insights gained during the session. Just before your session begins please get comfortable and pour a glass of water to drink after the session. Phaedra will text you to make sure that your are ready followed by a brief 5-minute phone call wherein you may set intentions for your healing. This is followed by a focused 20 minutes of concentrated Reiki energy, where you might fall asleep or feel very relaxed. At the end of your session you will receive a text offering an optional 5-minute reflection phone call to discuss your experience and insights gained during the session.
