Usui Reiki I (One) Training

Sat. Sept 13th, 2pm-7:30pm. 

Reiki 1 training offers a powerful opportunity for individuals to learn the art of self-care and healing. By discovering how to channel transformative healing energy, participants gain essential skills to promote balance in their lives and reduce stress. This powerful Reiki I (one) Training prepares you with all you need and more to practice reiki on yourself and loved ones in-person to help with healing on every level. You will deepen your understanding of reiki, be attuned to its subtle energy, and learn the methods and tools to begin your practice!

Ultimately, Reiki 1 Training serves as a gateway to holistic wellness, encouraging a harmonious existence and enhancing the quality of life for everyone involved.

You will leave certified and prepared to progress to Reiki II Training where you will learn distance reiki among other techniques and be able to practice professionally.

Each graduate will receive a Reiki I certificate and have the option to attend the Bonus Reiki Clinic on Sept. 28th! (More info below.)

Please dress in comfortable clothing. We will have a break for an early dinner. There are easily accessible local cafes or you may bring your own snacks.

This training will be held in the community-minded space of Stellar Yoga at 11 Church St, New Paltz, NY.
